Cover Supervisors - Spalding

Are you a graduate or due to graduate this summer and considering a career in secondary teaching?

Are you looking to gain classroom experience as a cover supervisor in a Grammar School in your local area?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors on behalf of client secondary Grammar Schools in both Spalding and Bourne who are looking to expand their support team ASAP. Your role will be to assist with the delivery of lessons to cover ongoing teacher absences at the school due short term sicknesses and internal training days.

Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor will include covering timetabled lessons across KS3 and KS4 with pre-set work and ensuring the pupils remain well behaved and on task to complete the work.

  • Flexible cover supervisor work - immediate start
  • Supervising lessons in the absence of class teachers
  • Full time and part time opportunities - work around your own availability
  • No planning or marking responsibilities involved
  • Earn up to £320 a week, paid on a weekly basis via PAYE (Not through umbrella companies)

Great opportunity to gain experience working in a secondary school if considering a career in teaching

You will work in a variety of schools across Spalding and Bourne to include Grammar schools, academies and independent schools. The schools offer fantastic support to incoming cover supervisors and you will be briefed on your responsibilities each morning. The role will involve supervising a range of lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
