Cover Supervisors in Tameside Secondary Schools

Teaching Personnel have been tasked to provide Cover Supervisors for our partnered Secondary schools in Tameside. This employment can be of huge benefit for those who may require flexibility for either Full time/ Part time work. This can also cater to the candidates needs in regards of flexibility to schools as we work with a range of schools within Tameside as well as Manchester, Trafford, Cheshire East and Glossop to suit the candidate's location.

Our partner schools in Tameside are looking to recruit a core of local Cover Supply teachers that can be called upon when needed to cover short and medium term absences of their permanent members of staff. The continuity is vital as you can build up a relationship with students if you are attending the same school on a regular basis and will have a solid understanding of the schools policies and procedures. Experience working within an education environment can be beneficial but is not a not must.

  • £54-£70 daily rates of pay, paid on a weekly basis

Essential criteria for the role of supply teacher in Tameside;

  • Suitable school based references
  • Available for an Application for a fully enhanced DBS certificate
  • Flexible and adaptable personality to meet the demands of the role
