The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning across the school.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Maintaining a positive, focused, and productive classroom environment
- Supporting students to remain engaged with their learning
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Providing support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and additional learning needs where required
- Ensuring learning objectives are achieved during teacher absences
