Cover Supervisors - Graduate role
Teaching Personnel are looking for Graduates who want to gain experience in Secondary Schools across Sudbury!
A Cover Supervisor role is ideal for anyone wanting school experience but isn't yet a fully qualified teacher. As a Cover Supervisor may be required to; deliver pre-planned work, with no marking or planning involved, support the students with their class work and manage classroom behaviour. You may be required to work at short notice so a flexible schedule is preferred.
A successful Cover Supervisor will;
- Be enthusiastic about education
- Want to provide excellent support for Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 classes during teacher absence
- Be looking to gain regular and flexible work around the North Essex area
Working with Teaching Personnel you will receive a number of exciting benefits, including; the chance to earn £325-£400 per week, paid weekly via PAYE, access to our amazing CPD Academy to help further your career, plus work suited around your diary.
We are particularly looking for Graduates who are confident and enthusiastic with a willing to learn new skills and gain new experiences. You must be passionate about education and be focused on helping pupils achieve high levels of progress and attainment.
