Are you looking to gain school based experience before starting a teacher training programme?
Working as a cover supervisor will give you the opportunity to work as a teacher taking on their role for the day delivering pre set lessons across multiple subjects and year groups. Cover supervisor positions can be full time in one school or more sporadic providing the opportunity to work in various schools on a flexible basis.
Cover supervisors help schools with their staffing covering sickness, courses and trips throughout the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for those considering a career in education and looking to support students across years 7-11.
Secondary schools in Stockport are looking for local and reliable cover supervisors to work in their school as unqualified teachers where you will be teaching up to 35 students per class. If you are located in Stockport and looking to do cover supervisor work we welcome your application.
Highlights of working as a cover supervisor;
**Paid on a weekly basis £275-£350 per week
