Cover Supervisor - Full Time - Oldham - Immediate Start

Full time Cover Supervisor required for a long term position at a large modern school in Oldham.

Teaching Personnel are working alongside our client school in Oldham who require a Cover Supervisor to join the school with immediate effect to cover lessons when planned and unplanned absences arise. This is a full time position and would be until at least the end of the academic year, with the opportunity of a permanent position at the end of the contract.

• Full time position as a Cover Supervisor supporting the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Get paid up to £70 a day, dependent on experience and responsibilities.
• Working within a large modern secondary school in Oldham with state of the art facilities.

As a Cover Supervisor you will be required to cover lessons when planned and unplanned absences arise, as you deliver a pre set lesson plan which has been prepared by the regular class teacher. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody to gain further experience within a secondary school setting before they consider enrolling on a PGCE or similar Teacher Training Programme, particularly giving valuable experience in leading a class without the added responsibility of planning and marking.

Our client school is located in the heart of Oldham and is easily accessible by both own car or by public transport, with major links to the city centre a short distance away. The school has recently undergone a huge multimillion pound refurbishment, resulting in excellent teaching and learning provisions throughout.
