What Does the Role Involve?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the regular classroom teacher

• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a focused learning environment

• Support students in completing work to a high standard

• Uphold school policies on behaviour, safeguarding, and health & safety

• Liaise with school staff to ensure smooth running of the school day
