We at Teaching Personnel are looking for Graduates with an interest in education and a drive to improve to register with us as cover supervisors with the view to become future teachers. The job role itself involves using your skills and education to aid students to learn and achieve when their full time teacher isn’t available. We are currently having a recruitment drive in particular within Fleet and the surrounding areas.

This is an entry level position with no need for previous experience or knowledge of working within education, the most suitable people for this position will be flexible and professional graduates with a good work ethic. Those who have worked within Sports or completed youth work will be particularly well suited due to previous knowledge of working with 11-16 year olds.

  • Between GBP80 and GBP100 daily pay up to GBP500 per week!

  • Build experience in schools allowing you to learn whether education is the correct role for you as well as the sorts of schools you enjoy working in
  • Build relationships and network in multiple schools in areas around you, this can help massively when looking to progress within your career

Due to the nature of the role you will gain as much work as you are capable of fulfilling, the wider the area you are willing to cover the more work that you will receive and once you have been to schools multiple time and proven your skills and ability you are sure to become a regular. Due to this having a vehicle of your own is desirable however not necessary, we do have multiple workers who gain long term and permanent work without a car however it will limit the schools you are able to attend.

The spectrum of work we offer is vast, allowing anything from long term cover such as maternity and sickness cover to day by day work for small illnesses and the great thing is you can choose what work you want and when you want it.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
