Location: Kettering
Salary: £80 – £89.38 per day (dependent on experience)
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (may vary by up to 45 minutes), Monday–Friday, term time only
Contract: Full-time

About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming, inclusive school in Kettering. In this role, you’ll work closely with children with SEN, providing the support they need both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN.
- Assist learning during lessons, as well as at break and lunchtimes.
- Support the class teacher with daily activities.
- Help keep the classroom safe, organised, and engaging.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with SEN children (desirable, not essential).
- Be patient, reliable, and committed to supporting young people.
- Show initiative and a proactive approach — a must.
- Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (Update Service).
- Have permanent UK residency (essential).
