Cover Supervisor

This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable classroom experience prior to applying for a teacher training programme.

• Full-time and flexible part-time cover supervisor positions.
• Work available immediately within a Ofsted graded 'Good' secondary school in Bolton.
• Earn up to GBP350 per week.
• Delivering pre-set work and leading classing in the absence of teachers.
• Supporting the learning of pupils across all subject areas.

Application requirements

• Educated to degree level.
• Any experience with children or young people is necessary with specific experience in  the education sector being ideal.

Within this role the successful applicants will hold a number of responsibilities including covering a range of classes with pupils varying in ages (11-16) and ability. You will be covering pre-set lessons in the absence of teachers with all work being provided beforehand. You be simply be supervising the lesson, ensuring all pupils complete the tasks set whilst promoting positive behaviour management. You do not need a teaching qualification.

Our client school is located in Bolton and can be accessed via the M62 motorway and several forms of public transport from areas such as Bury, Worsley, Salford and central Manchester.
