Are you a graduate, an unqualified teacher, or an experienced Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) ready to take the next step in your education career? Or perhaps you’re looking to gain valuable experience working with young people before pursuing a teaching qualification?

We’re currently seeking Graduate Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across the Wirral, helping students stay focused and engaged during lessons in the absence of their regular teachers.

About the Role:

Our partner schools require confident and reliable individuals to step into the classroom and deliver pre-prepared work. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
✔ Supervise lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
✔ Keep students on task and manage classroom behaviour
✔ Maintain a positive and productive learning environment
✔ Offer support to students of all abilities, ensuring inclusivity
✔ Follow school policies and liaise with teaching and support staff

This role is ideal for gaining first-hand classroom experience—particularly if you’re considering a future in teaching or applying for a PGCE or School Direct programme.
