Cover Supervisor- Permananent 

Location: Willenhall, Wolverhampton 

Salary: £24,790-£27,269 pa (pro rata part time, term time only)

Start Date: September 2025 


 

About the Role

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school in the Wolverhampton/Willenhall area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality supervision and maintaining outstanding behaviour in the classroom.

We are offering candidates the chance to book a paid trial day before the summer holidays, giving you the perfect opportunity to experience the school environment and demonstrate your skills firsthand.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor within the UK

  • Outstanding behaviour management skills

  • Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service (or willingness to apply)

  • Ability to confidently teach and manage a class of up to 30 students

  • Confident, outgoing and professional

  • Takes pride in representing Teaching Personnel and the schools in which you work
