Location: Willenhall, Wolverhampton
Salary: £24,790-£27,269 pa (pro rata part time, term time only)
Start Date: September 2025
About the Role
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join a well-regarded secondary school in the Wolverhampton/Willenhall area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality supervision and maintaining outstanding behaviour in the classroom.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor within the UK

Outstanding behaviour management skills
-
Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Ability to confidently teach and manage a class of up to 30 students

Confident, outgoing and professional

Takes pride in representing Teaching Personnel and the schools in which you work
