Cover Supervisor – Wigan & Bolton | September Start
Flexible Day-to-Day or Long-Term Work Available

Teaching Personnel is working with multiple partner secondary schools across Wigan and Bolton to recruit reliable, enthusiastic Cover Supervisors for the new academic year starting this September.

Whether you’re experienced in the classroom or looking to step into education, we’ll support your development – and if you're registered with another agency, we’ll match or beat your current daily rate.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher

  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain on task

  • Working across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a variety of subjects

  • Adapting to different school environments with professionalism and confidence


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Individuals with experience working with young people aged 11–16

  • Confident communicators with strong behaviour management skills

  • Graduates, teaching assistants, youth workers or aspiring teachers

  • Reliable and adaptable candidates with a positive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
