Cover Supervisor – Warrington | September Start
Are you experienced in covering lessons and working with students in mainstream secondary schools?
Are you looking for flexible day-to-day work across a range of secondary schools within the Warrington area?
If so, Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors on behalf of several key partner secondary schools in Warrington for the new academic year starting this September.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Deliver pre-set work in the absence of the regular class teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support students in staying on task and completing cover work
- Be flexible and confident covering a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 & KS4)
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with young people aged 11–16, ideally in an educational setting
- Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management
- Graduates, experienced professionals, and aspiring teachers are all encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
