Salary: £90 – £160 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: Ongoing – Immediate starts available

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across our partner secondary schools in Twickenham and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for those considering a career in education or looking to gain classroom experience before teacher training.

No formal teaching qualifications are required — just strong communication skills, confidence, and a genuine passion for working with young people.

The Role:

• Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences

• Ensure students remain on task with the lesson provided by the teacher

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

• Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines

• Support the smooth running of the school day

• Confident and enthusiastic with a positive attitude

• Comfortable managing groups of secondary-aged pupils

• Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a variety of school environments

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Willing to learn and take direction from school staff

• Child workforce Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
