Position: Cover Supervisor/Cover Teacher

Teaching Personnel Dorset is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor/Cover Teacher to work at schools in and around the Totton area. This role is ideal for those looking to work full-time and make a positive impact on students' education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and engaging students in their learning.
• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere.
• Supporting the educational progress of our students.
• Demonstrating good behaviour management skills to align with school policies.
• Covering a range of subjects as necessary, with lesson plans provided by the class teacher.

• Experience within a classroom environment.
