Cover Supervisor – Tadley – January 2026 Start

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a successful secondary school in Tadley who are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team from January 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced support staff who enjoy working with young people and want to make a difference in education.As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent, delivering pre-prepared lessons and supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
About the Role:
- Start date: January 2026
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using provided materials
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
- Support students’ learning and engagement throughout the school day
Who We’re Looking For:
- Confident, professional, and adaptable individuals
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, youth work, or classroom support) – desirable but not essential
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education
- Graduates and aspiring teachers are strongly encouraged to apply
