Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a successful secondary school in Tadley who are seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to join their team from January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced support staff who enjoy working with young people and want to make a difference in education.As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning when teachers are absent, delivering pre-prepared lessons and supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

About the Role:

• Start date: January 2026
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Supervise lessons across a range of subjects using provided materials
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Support students’ learning and engagement throughout the school day

• Confident, professional, and adaptable individuals
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, youth work, or classroom support) – desirable but not essential
