Are you a graduate seeking to complete a secondary teacher training course in the future? Would you like to gain a full time graduate Cover Supervising position for the rest of the academic year to enhance PGCE applications?

If so, please see the details of the graduate Cover Supervising role at our client secondary school in Salford.

*To be considered, it is necessary that you hold previous experience working with pupils aged 11-16*

Working as a graduate Cover Supervisor, you will hold the following responsibilities;

  • Delivering lessons across the curriculum with pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Supporting pupils across a range of subjects, both in class and within the Learning Support Unit
  • Working with class teachers and members of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure progress is being made.
  • Gain invaluable experience to improve behaviour management strategies and classroom presence.
  • Earn up to ÂŁ300 per week

Our client secondary school is located near to Eccles and currently have a requirement for graduate Cover Supervisors to support the learning of students across KS3 and KS4 throughout the academic year. The school has over 900 pupils on roll at present and has consistently been rated 'Good' throughout Ofsted inspections.

"We wish to appoint graduate Cover Supervisors to cover lessons during periods of staff absence. It is essential that the successful graduate has previously worked with young people aged 11-16 and are willing to undertake additional CPD training delivered by Teaching Personnel."
