Job Opportunity: Part-time Cover Supervisor – Preston 
September 1st – October 24th | Preston | Part-time

Are you passionate about education and looking for a short-term, flexible role in a supportive school environment?

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Cover Supervisor to join a friendly secondary school in Preston on a part-time basis from 1st September until 24th October 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.

  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a focused learning environment.

  • Provide support to students in the absence of teaching staff.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and incidents.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with young people (e.g., in education, youth work, coaching, tutoring).

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.

  • A flexible and professional approach.

  • A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
