Location: Poole
Hours: 08:30 – 15:30 (Term Time Only)
Pay: £110 – £120 per day
Contract: Flexible – Part-time or Full-time options

We’re working with welcoming secondary schools across Poole to find enthusiastic, adaptable people to join as Cover Supervisors & Sports Support Assistants. You’ll lead pre-planned lessons, get involved in PE and after-school clubs, and make a real difference in students’ lives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead pre-prepared lessons across subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, DT, Art, Computing, and MFL.

• Support PE lessons, sports clubs, and extracurricular activities.

• Create an engaging, inclusive classroom where all students feel supported.

• Manage classroom behaviour and encourage a positive learning environment.

• Build strong, professional relationships with students and staff.

What You’ll Gain

• Experience leading groups (coaching, tutoring, mentoring) is a bonus, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
