Job description

Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience and make a real difference in education? We have exciting opportunities for Cover Supervisors to work across a number of fantastic secondary schools in Oldham.

This role offers:

We are looking for:

  • Strong communication skills - able to engage and manage a classroom effectively.
  • Confidence and presence - maintaining a calm and authoritative approach.
  • Adaptability - comfortable working across different subjects and year groups.
  • Organisational skills - ensuring lessons run smoothly and objectives are met.
  • Positive attitude - encouraging and motivating students.
  • Resilience - able to handle challenges and maintain professionalism.
  • Interest in education - a genuine desire to support learning and development.

You will be paid £90-£110 depending on school and experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
