The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom to supervise lessons during teacher absences. Using prepared lesson plans, you’ll ensure students stay on task, support learning where needed, and help maintain a positive, engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Support students with their learning and development

• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons

About You:

• Confident communicator with strong classroom presence

• Able to motivate and engage young people

• Organised, reliable, and adaptable to different subjects and settings

• Previous experience working with children (school or youth setting) is desirable
