Cover Supervisor

Teaching Personnel are looking for several Cover Supervisors, for a variety of posts that we are looking to fill in the Neath and Swansea area. 

With a fantastic pay rate of between GBP60-GBP65 per day plus additional benefits.

Working as a cover supervisor can be extremely rewarding, but also very demanding. There is a high level of responsibility. This position involves commanding the discipline of a class and remaining professional at all times.

On a daily basis, cover supervision is more than likely to include: 

- Supervising work that has been set in accordance with the school policy

- Managing pupils whilst they are undertaking this work to ensure a constructive environment;

- Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher/an appropriate place

- Dealing with any immediate problems or emergencies according to the school's policies and procedures

Essential Criteria:

- DBS on the update service (This can be done through Teaching Personnel) 

- EWC (This can be done through Teaching Personnel)
