Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Hitchin

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a enthusiastic and committed individuals to work with us at various schools in and around Hitchin to cover lessons during Teacher absences.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and manage students in a classroom environment
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in an engaging manner
• Support students with any difficulties with the work given where necessary
• Collaborate with Teachers/other staff members to ensure a smooth-running day during the absence of regular class teachers

Requirements:

• Teaching qualifications are not required but experience within Teaching, Leading or coaching groups of students is ideal
• Any qualifications in specific subjects are ideal
• Good classroom management
• Adaptable and Flexible to work with all ages, and skills
• A child only enhanced DBS
• An overseas police clearance (if applicable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
