Cover Supervisor – Derbyshire

Daily Rate: £90 – £110
Start Date: September 2025


We are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Derbyshire from September. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are interested in education, enjoy working with young people, and are looking to gain classroom experience.

  • Supervise classes and deliver pre-prepared work in the absence of the teacher

  • Weekly pay between £90 – £120, depending on experience

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people (in schools, youth work, or similar)

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Ability to engage and motivate students

  • A confident, proactive, and adaptable approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
