COVER SUPERVISOR- COVENTRY BASED SECONDARY SCHOOL- FLEXIBLE HOURS- ASAP START

 

Do you have a passion for education but need a job that has flexible hours to fit around your busy lifestyle?

Teaching Personnel are working in collaboration with a mainstream secondary school based in Coventry (CV3) to appoint a cover supervisor on a flexible/day-to-day basis.

 

The ideal applicant will:

- have atleast 2 days per week availability for work

- have previous experience working within schools or education/child care based settings

- be confident delivering lessons infront of a range of year groups, covering various subjects

- be professional, confident and reliable and be a positive representative for Teaching Personnel

 

You will be responsible for:

- delivering pre set lessons to a range of year groups (7-11) covering various subjects

- confidently managing challenging behaviours in the classroom, keeping disruption a minimum

- being a strong classroom presence, commanding the room and ensuring all students are working

- keeping classroom clean, tidy and safe

- reporting any issues to senior leaders within the school

 

This role can be perfect for busy parents, university students or individuals seeking further experience within education who may be looking at teaching in the future.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
