ARE YOU A CONFIDENT AND EXPERIENCED COVER SUPERVISOR?

DO YOU ENJOY HAVING THE FLEXIBILITY OF A JOB?

 

Teaching Personnel are in collaboration with a mainstream secondary school in the heart of Coventry (CV1.) The school are seeking a reliable and confident cover supervisor who has experience in delivering a range of lessons. They ideally require someone that can be flexible and cover wherever necessary. 

 

Job Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £95-145 (per day, dependent upon experience and responsibilities)

 

Ideal Person Specification:

- GCSEs in English and Maths

- Previous experience working as a cover supervisor

- Confident and can handle classroom behaviour effectively

- Prior experience supporting children with special educational needs

-Future desire to become a teacher but wanting further classroom experience

- Confident following lesson plans accurately

 

Job Role/Responsibilities:

- Accurately follow lesson plans, delivering all pre-set tasks and adhering to time restrictions

- Manage classroom behaviour effectively

- Deliver lessons in an engaging manner and ensure all pupils remain on task at all times

- Communicate effectively with staff members within the school, raising concerns promptly

- Always adhere to schools policies and procedures and ensure safeguarding principles are at the centre of your practice
