Exciting Opportunity as a Cover Supervisor! 

Are you a motivated and adaptable individual seeking a rewarding role in the education field? Are you passionate about supporting students' learning and ensuring a positive and engaging classroom environment? Look no further! Our school is currently hiring enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of regular teachers across various subjects and grade levels.
  • Maintain discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere within the classroom.
  • Follow the provided lesson plans and ensure students' adherence to classroom rules and procedures.
  • Assist students with their assignments, provide guidance, and answer questions to the best of your ability.
  • Monitor student behavior and address any issues promptly and appropriately.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and effective classroom management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Education-related degree is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and staff effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different subject areas and grade levels.
  • Ability to follow pre-determined lesson plans and maintain a structured classroom environment.
  • Patience, resilience, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
  • Passion for supporting students' learning and fostering a positive educational experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
