No prior experience is required, but you should feel comfortable leading a classroom and have strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be confident presenting in front of a class
  • Effectively manage student behaviour and maintain focus
  • Be reliable, adaptable, and flexible
  • Communicate clearly with both students and staff
  • Be comfortable covering a variety of subjects

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
  • Two recent references
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training (can be provided free by Teaching Personnel)
