Cover Supervisor – Boston, Lincolnshire
Pay: From £130 per day (with potential to increase)
Key Stages: KS3 / KS4
Start: Ongoing – Flexible Opportunities Available

We are seeking reliable, confident, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Boston and the surrounding Lincolnshire area. This is a great opportunity to gain classroom experience, support student learning, and develop your career in education.

About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of teaching staff, delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a focused and positive learning environment. You’ll be expected to manage classroom behaviour and support students in staying engaged with their work across a variety of subjects.

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • Experience working with young people is an advantage

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
