About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of students' education during teacher absences. You will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Lessons: Execute lessons planned by the regular teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Supporting Students: Assist students with their work and answer any questions they may have.
