Pay: £15.38 – £18.46 per hour
Contract: Flexible day-to-day roles | Immediate starts available

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work across Birmingham and the surrounding areas? We’re currently seeking reliable and confident individuals to join our team to provide high-quality classroom cover in secondary schools.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Delivering pre-set lessons to secondary school students in the absence of the class teacher

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment

  • Following school policies and reporting back to teaching staff

  • Adapting to different school settings and subjects as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working within UK secondary schools (essential)

  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills

  • Ability to be flexible and respond to early morning calls for day-to-day cover

  • Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting young people in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
