Cover Supervisor - Basingstoke

The Role:

Our school based in Basingstoke are looking to appoint a graduate to aid the staff in running and managing the increase of attainment of our pupils. This will be a tough job but will give you the experience and confidence needed to launch a successful career in teaching for the foreseeable future. The pay starts at £65 a day and may increase once you have completed your induction.

The correct candidate will be:

• Energetic and exciting with the ability to convey and promote activity in class
• An graduate interested in teaching in the future
• Local to Basingstoke, preferably with their own transport due to morning traffic conditions
• Have a good knowledge of the three core subjects and a willingness to be flexible

The School:

The school based in Basingstoke is rated Good by Ofsted who have said "Pupils are confident and articulate. They value their learning and display very positive attitudes. They are proud to be members of the school." Having visited the school I can honestly say it is a place where both pupils and staff love to be at school. Located off the M3 it is easily reachable from Reading, Winchester, Southampton and London with excellent rail routes and local buses running throughout the peak times.
