Teaching Personnel is currently working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across South West London who are looking to recruit qualified and experienced Core Subject Teachers to support their departments.

We are keen to hear from teachers specialising in English, Maths, or Science who are confident delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high classroom standards.

About the Role

• Teaching Core Subjects (English, Maths, or Science) across KS3–KS4 (KS5 opportunities depending on experience)

• Delivering engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum

• Following school schemes of work or delivering pre-planned lessons

• Supporting pupils of varying abilities and promoting strong academic progress

• Roles available across Tooting, Wandsworth, Clapham, Brixton and surrounding South West London areas

• Day-to-day supply, short-term, and long-term opportunities available

• Full-time and part-time flexibility

Essential Requirements – Please Read Carefully

✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
✔️ Degree in English, Maths, Science, or a related subject
✔️ Experience teaching in a UK secondary school
✔️ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✔️ Ability to deliver engaging lessons and support student progress
✔️ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
