Computer Science Teacher - Manchester

Are you a Computer Science teacher seeking your next Computer Science teaching position?

Do you want to teach in an Outstanding all girls secondary school in Manchester?

A secondary school located in a rural area of South Manchester is seeking a Computer Science teacher to join their teaching team. This Computer Science teacher vacancy is for a full time position covering a maternity leave, starting after October half term and continuing until the summer initially. The school is seeking a Computer Science teacher will strong subject knowledge, and with good behavioural and classroom management. The successful Computer Science teacher will display a passion for their subject, and be an inspirational classroom teacher with the ability to engage pupils from all ability levels.

Main Points of Computer Science Position:

  • Computer Science role available
  • Starting after October half term, covering a Maternity leave
  • Pay rate £117 - £191 per day depending one experience

The client all girls secondary school is located in South Manchester, and was graded Outstanding in all areas in their most recent Ofsted inspection. The school has been recognised for the 'value added' to their pupils, in terms of the graded students start at the school with to when they leave. The school's pupils make progress far beyond the national average. Each pupil is encouraged to achieve and maximise their full potential, and get the most out of their time at school, no matter what their ability level. The school has a strong behaviour policy, and have high expectations for their pupils. This keeps challenging behaviour within the school to a minimum, and keeps the focus on learning and development.
