Job description

Computer Science / IT Teacher – ST15

Location: ST15
Start Date: After October Half Term
Contract: Full-time

A secondary school in the ST15 area is looking for a confident and adaptable Computer Science / IT Teacher to join their team immediately after half term.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across KS3–KS5, focusing on both Computer Science and IT coursework.

The role:

  • Teaching Computer Science to Years 9 & 10

  • Teaching IT coursework to Years 11–13

  • Resources and schemes of work provided

  • Supportive department and strong technical facilities

 

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent qualification

  • Experience teaching Computer Science and IT

  • Confident delivering coursework-based lessons

  • Available to start immediately after half term

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
