Class Teacher – High Wycombe
Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier by arrangement)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

The Role:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of all learners

Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress to inform planning and improve outcomes

Take an active role in the wider life of the school community
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is a qualified teacher with QTS (or pending QTS)

Has a passion for teaching and learning, and a commitment to pupil wellbeing

Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills

Is proactive, reflective and keen to grow professionally

Brings energy, creativity and a positive approach to school life

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
