Care Assistant / Support Worker – SEND School (Staffordshire – ST21)
Location: Eccleshall, Staffordshire (ST21 area)
Pay: £89 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)
Care Assistants / Support Workers Needed – SEND Education
Teaching Personnel are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Assistants / Support Workers to join a specialist SEND school in the Eccleshall area of Staffordshire (ST21). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in care, health & social care, or support work who are looking to transfer their skills into an educational setting.
The Role:

Support children and young people with a range of complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, and physical disabilities
-
Provide personal care and assistance with daily routines where required
-
Help students to access learning and develop independence
-
Assist with mobility, moving & handling, and medical needs (training can be provided)
-
Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Experience as a care assistant, support worker, or in a similar role (transferrable skills highly valued)
-
Comfortable providing personal care and physical support
-
Patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
-
Able to work effectively as part of a supportive school team
