Behaviour Teaching Assistant needed ASAP in Southampton
If you consider yourself a resilient and outgoing person with an interest in supporting young people who are out of mainstream schooling Teaching Personnel have the perfect opportunity.
Teaching Personnel are exclusively partnered with a school in Southampton who require a Behaviour TA to start in January 2019. The school caters for primary aged pupils with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs that do not have access to mainstream education.
We are recruiting for full and part time Learning Support Assistants to work on a one-to-one or small group basis with pupils between 8.30am and 3.30pm. The role will involve:
- Supporting the pupil with their work
- Engaging the pupil in education
- Managing behaviour
- Social interactions and support
