Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Support Wanted!

Teaching Personnel is currently working with a school based in Rugby (CV22), who are on the look out for Teaching Assistants to join their excellent team! They are looking for TA's to work, either on a day to day basis, or on a fixed term contract. The school caters for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health and ADHD. The school follows the National Curriculum, and you would be working with children aged between 5-11. The class sizes are made up between 8-10 students, and you will be working alongside a fully-qualified Teacher, as well another Teaching Assistant.

The school is extremely 'hands-on', so if you have a easy going, yet firm but fair personality, you would be ideal for the school! Someone from a strong sporting/coaching background would be great.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
