Behaviour Support Worker - Selby
Teaching Personnel is currently working with an alternative provision in Selby. Having recently signed a contract with Teaching Personnel, we are looking for Behaviour Support Workers to join our successful team in Selby.
This educational facility caters for KS3 and KS4 pupils that have been excluded from mainstream school, or are unable to access mainstream school. The school is a welcoming and vibrant place to work and it offers significant opportunities for professional development for anyone who is committed to working with vulnerable young people.
Key skills and experience needed:
- Teaching Assistant/Youth Worker/Psychology Graduate/Support Worker
- Strong behaviour management or experience working with pupils who have SEMH
- One to one and small group work
- Professional manor
- Enthusiasm and friendly approach
