Behaviour Support Mentor – Specialist Secondary Setting – Manchester
Location: M9
Are you confident supporting young people who need strong role models and clear boundaries to succeed?
A specialist secondary provision is looking for a full-time Behaviour Support Mentor to work with pupils with SEMH and additional needs.
Key responsibilities:

Supporting students on a 1:1 basis
-
Managing behaviour using positive strategies
-
Promoting engagement in lessons
-
Supporting pupils during unstructured times
Ideal background:

SEMH / PRU / alternative provision
-
Youth work or sports coaching
-
Care or support work

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
