Behaviour Support Assistant – Full Time – Specialist Setting – Manchester
Location: M9

A specialist provision in Manchester is seeking a full-time Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with pupils who have social, emotional and mental health needs.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to build a career within SEN and make a genuine difference every day.
Your role will include:

Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
-
Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour
-
Building strong, trusting relationships
-
Encouraging engagement in learning and daily routines
-
Working alongside an experienced and supportive staff team
We are looking for:

Experience working with young people (education, youth work, care or coaching)
-
A calm and consistent approach
-
Full-time availability
-
A genuine passion for supporting SEMH

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
