Role Overview:

As a Behaviour Support Manager, you will:

• Supervise classroom activities in the absence of a teacher

• Distribute and manage pre-prepared classwork

• Implement effective behaviour management strategies

• Promote a calm, focused, and inclusive classroom environment

• Work closely with teaching staff to provide a consistent approach

• Help pupils engage positively with their learning and their peers

Who We're Looking For:

We’re seeking candidates with the following attributes:

• Empathy and a calm, supportive nature

• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour

• Team player with strong communication skills

• Adaptable and patient with a positive attitude

• Previous experience with young people is desirable – but not essential!

Job Requirements:

• Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (can be arranged with our support)

• Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

• Two recent references (covering the last 24 months)

• Willingness to learn and engage with professional development
