Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: £110 – £120 per day

Role Overview:
As a Behaviour Support Manager, you will:

Supervise classroom activities in the absence of a teacher
-
Distribute and manage pre-prepared classwork
-
Implement effective behaviour management strategies
-
Promote a calm, focused, and inclusive classroom environment
-
Work closely with teaching staff to provide a consistent approach
-
Help pupils engage positively with their learning and their peers

Previous experience with young people is desirable – but not essential!
Job Requirements:

Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (can be arranged with our support)

Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

Two recent references (covering the last 24 months)

Willingness to learn and engage with professional development
