Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant for an SEMH Provision in Slinfold.

Candidate Requirements:

• Be an excellent communicator and be able to work in sync with teaching staff, senior leaders and outside agencies
• Have the ability to assist pupils overcome their barriers to learning
• Understand how emotions can affect behaviour and manage these needs effectively and in-line with the School's positive reward system
