The Covid- 19 situation has put a large amount of pressure on everyone- this may be especially true for primary pupils- being at home for such a prolonged period may cause levels of anxiety and behavioural issues to rise one pupils return to school. 

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a behavioural support assistant  looking to make a difference in the educational sector- a role has become available at a "outsatanding" primary school  in the Attleborough area starting in September, the schools are looking for focused candidates with a passion for education. This would ideally be suited to a recent graduate with a background in psychology, care or SEN. Previous experience working within a primary school would be hugely beneficial to the candidate. 

As a behavioural support assistant you would be providing to support to pupils who require additional assistance during the school day, this would include behavioural guidance, reporting the pupils progress to the teacher on a daily basis and aiding the pupils to create strong lasting relationships with their teachers and peers. It may also include some 1:1 work with pupils and some small aspects of small group work with the pupils. Prior experience of SEN would be a hugely beneficial trait in a candidate, this could be in or out of an educational environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
