Our client RC secondary school in North Manchester has many pupils receiving additional Pupil Premium funding throughout their education. The school provides excellent behaviour support and management alongside multiple CPD training courses that can be accessed through partner schools. The successful candidate will also receive full support from both the SENCO and the Inclusion Manager.

  • Full time Behaviour Support Assistant.
  • Required ASAP guaranteed for the full academic year.
  • Working with small groups of specific pupils with the hopes of improving their behaviour & academic attainment.
  • Earn up to GBP350 per week, depending on previous experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Experience working with children or young people within an educational setting.
  • Previous experience with behavioural difficulties or transferrable skills in this area.

Working as a Behaviour Support Assistant in our client school, will include supporting a range of pupils across the Key Stages who have been identified to display challenging behaviour. You will be working in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to improve behaviour, motivation and academic achievements.

Located in the North Manchester, our client secondary school can be accessed via the M60 from surrounding areas. For non-drivers, the school is easily accessible via several forms of public transportation from the neighbouring areas such as Blackley and Rochdale.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
