Behaviour Support Assistant – Warrington

Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated Behaviour Support Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Warrington.
This is a rewarding role for someone who can build strong, positive relationships with pupils who display challenging behaviour and need extra guidance both in and out of the classroom.

Role responsibilities:

Supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
-
Promoting positive behaviour strategies and encouraging engagement in learning
-
Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to provide tailored support
-
Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to help pupils develop confidence and resilience
This role is ideal for individuals with experience in youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, or care, who are looking to make a real difference in education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
