The Candidate:

• Experience supporting pupils between 5-17 (School based experience is desired, but not necessary)
• Proactive
• Excellent Behaviour Management
• Excellent role model
• Calm
• Reliable and flexible
• Resilient
• A background in sports is desirable however, not essential.
• Minimum of 5 A*-C in GCSE's
