Behaviour Support Assistant - Burnley

Do you have experience of supporting young children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and ADHD?
Are you looking for a job role in the run up to Christmas in a forward thinking school where you can impact on learning?
One of Teaching Personnel's using Burnley Primary schools are currently seeking a primary practitioner with suitable experience for the post of a Behaviour Support Assistant. The post of a Behaviour Mentor is to work alongside 2 children who are returning from a local pupil referral unit. The school have been challenged to integrate them back into a mainstream setting and have issued with funding for the rest of the academic year.
* Full time Behaviour Mentor post, starting in December 2017
* Join a school with career and professional development opportunities
* Previous experience working in a similar setting is essential and Team Teach qualification is preferable
* Competitive pay rates starting between £50-£60 a day dependant on experience and working hours
This is a 2 form entry primary school located in Burnley close to the town centre. The school is improving and are striving to be GOOD at their next Ofsted inspection; the Head teacher is keen to appoint new staff to move the school forward.
